We are absolutely delighted to bring you the 4th Re-Ignite Programme!
Running from the 17th to the 28th of May adding a more practical spin on delivery.

The 4th Re-Ignite Programme is designed to support your teams in their preparation to return to work in the industry.
From speaking directly to you, we have put together a programme that will assist in the upskilling and refreshing of knowledge, spark the memory and rub the cobwebs off those practical skills, bring back the familiar feeling as working as part of a team, and have the empathy to manage and lead as you swing the doors open for a busy summer.

In March, the Re-Ignite Programme had 3,130 registrations and supported so many, share this link with your friends, family, colleagues and network to make this another hugely successful programme.

What is Re-Ignite?

When putting this programme together we collaborated with Castlemartyr ResortSabaApplegreenByrne Hotel GroupCaterwaiter & Nutbutter, to find out what was really needed right now, in terms of supporting the industry, and how could we help the continuous development of an individual as well as a business.

Taste 4 Success Skillnet

The Taste 4 Success Skillnet represents a significant, innovative and strategic collaboration between a growing number of member companies across a number of specific food and beverage sub-sectors, such as production, processing, artisan and services.

The Taste 4 Success Skillnet started out with a small group of 16 companies in 2008 based in the north west of Ireland, and since then it has grown its membership to over 500 active members across a national base.

The network offers training programmes and to give support, impetus and trainee numbers in order to run cost effective and localised training for its members. To become a member of the network (free membership) click here to find out more.

Sorcha Finucane - TrainedIn

“People who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones that do.” - Steve Jobs

By this definition, our founder, Sorcha Finucane, definitely qualifies as crazy. Having worked in senior training and development roles for years, Sorcha had a clear idea of how inefficient the process can be to find the right training program. In 2019, she conceptualised the idea of TrainedIn. It’s mission? To make researching and booking training courses so much easier.

As TrainedIn was being built, Sorcha realised that she could use the technology to help with another subject she felt passionately about: enhancing sustainability for small businesses and freelancers. In her full-time career, Sorcha had met many consultants, tutors and trainers who were incredibly talented and provided enormous support and value to people. However, due to modest marketing budgets these trainers couldn’t compete with larger training organisations.

TrainedIn launched in April 2020. Yes, right at the start of the Covid-19 lockdown. (The firstone…!) Throughout the year, TrainedIn has been running free webinars to connect freelancers and small training businesses to potential clients. Our promise is always to match highly skilled professionals with the individuals and businesses looking for their services.
